Refund Policy

At Kelbak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below is our detailed refund policy for all services.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are accepted up to 48 hours before the third session of a package.
  • Unused sessions will be refunded based on the per-session rate, calculated from the total package price.
  • The refund amount will be processed after deducting used session fees and a processing fee.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Attended sessions cannot be refunded.
  • If you miss a session due to personal reasons, a refund will not be issued. However, you may reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Session Extension

  • You may request a package extension for personal reasons.
  • Extensions are available for up to 5 months upon contacting Kelbak customer support.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a refund request through the Kelbak Customer Service Team.
  • Visit the Contact Us page, select [Refund and Cancellation], and provide details.
  • A response will be sent within 2–3 business days.
